Job Description

PURPOSE - To assist the specific client in attainment of the organizational goals by creating talent pool and manage, develop and retain employees to keep them feel valued in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Employee Lifecycle management, HR Operations and Business Intelligence Support.
  • Assisting the Recruitment in-time position Closure.
  • Team Identify appropriate sources according to the position/ volume - Campus,
  • Talent Hunt Partners, ads, e-recruitment channels, referrals etc and action planning for the same.
  • Shape and drive the campus recruiting strategy and working our ROI on each drive.
  • On-boarding, Attendance management, Payroll processing, Performance Management of 500+ employees
  • Deriving employee Engagement and Fun Initiatives
  • Conducting Periodic Employee satisfaction survey.
  • Designing various formats for tracking, analyzing & improving various on-going and upcoming business HR initiatives at the organization.
  • Implementation of Industry Best Practices – Setting & replicating.
  • Develop methods for evaluation of Training program effectiveness.
  • Periodic reporting & interaction with the senior management of the organization


Key Skills ;

  • Should be well versed with Advanced Excel
  • Good understanding about Excel formulae (Vlookup, Hlookup)
  • Good at English and Hindi Communication
