Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Managing Employee Lifecycle management, HR Operations and Business Intelligence Support.
  • End-to-End Resource Management of employees PAN India.
  • Demand Validation and Tracking from Existing Accounts and Replacements.
  • Complete responsibility for Staffing compliance and payroll.
  • Provide expert staffing guidance & Solutions right from Opportunity stage.
  • Highlight risks associated with Staffing Plans, provide mitigation options.
  • Participate in building Staffing Plans for new large, Medium & complex deals
  • Plan staffing with optimal sourcing to achieve account & organization priorities
  • Accountable to ensure right resources with right skill at right time are deployed in to projects.
  • Fulfilment planning and execution based on customized strategies.
  • Drive weekly Cadence calls with the Portfolio Heads, Project Managers to track Resource ramp up and ramp down, issues & roadblocks.
  • Conflict Resolution & Escalation Management.
  • Defining, maintaining and tracking various project level metrics.
  • Data analysis and come up with recommendations
  • Identifying training gaps at resource level and plan to improve the resource competency
  • Maintaining and tracking Resource level skill matrix and updated profiles.
  • Work on internal initiatives to manage Global Bench and other initiatives
  • Explore all the opportunities for process improvements
  • Working with BHR on Associate Performance issues and operational related issues.
  • Working closely with Talent Sourcing Team on Hiring Closures.
  • Track Utilization Matrix and Identify Gaps in improving the overall billability of Organization
